Join Assembly Member Chris Holden and the SGV Consortium on Homelessness for an interactive policy discussion on housing. Claremont City Council Member Jed Leano will moderate a roundtable panel aimed at promoting thoughtful and lively discussion. Assembly Member Holden will give a legislative update on housing bills in Sacramento. Cynthia Kurtz of National Core will discuss housing policy from her perspective in developing, building, and managing affordable housing. Cynthia was previously City Manager of Pasadena. Tom DeSimone of Genesis LA will discuss the policy framework through which affordable housing is financed.
